Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blossend platform, including OpenMyPro and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Blossend provides an AI-powered telewellness platform connecting consumers with health and wellness professionals. The platform includes provider directories, appointment scheduling, membership plans, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership & Payments

Certain features require a paid membership (e.g., SeekerPro, SeekerPro Max). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

5. Provider Listings

Health and wellness professionals listed on Blossend are independent practitioners. Blossend does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any provider. Users should verify provider credentials independently.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without authorization
• Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Blossend or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. HIPAA Compliance

Blossend maintains HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for handling protected health information (PHI). Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blossend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
